Re: 2012 - Theodore King
Made the Oakland Nike SPARQ all-combine team.
DL: Theodore King, 6-2, 228, Valley Christian (San Jose, Calif.)
Results: 4.82 40, 4.81 SH, 40-0 PB, 31.7 VJ, 90.24 SPARQ
Breakdown: King plays both ways, but has potential on defense with his linear speed and agility
Senior year highlights. Looks good at OT in addition to DE.

Looks like he plays on the same team as Byron Marshall. To bad we couldn't get them both.

Looks like we have a very good chance of landing this guy according to the positive comments he has made about Bronco, the teammates, and the school. He fits the mold of the type of player BYU wants. Even though he is not LDS, he respects the HC as his HS has a similar standard.

Re: 2012 - Theodore King
loved this quote:
“Yeah, BYU is No. 1 right now without question,” he said. “I really liked my time there and know that I could fit right in and receive a great education and play some good football there for them. It would be an honor for me to be part of that program.”
Nice to find guys that have a good handle on life. King seems to be one of them.

Y is really on this kid with visits - coach Howell visited him last week , coach Kafusi this week. He must be something special or fit into the grand scheme of things on D to receive this kind of last minute attention.
