The Key for the Jazz

Discussion for professional sporting events/teams and players.

This would be a great place to discuss the Super Bowl, the NBA Playoffs or whatever else.

The Key for the Jazz

Post by stuckinbig10country »

Find a way to keep Andrei Kireleinko healthy.

First half last night with (for the most part) AK they score 56 points, including 30 in the first quarter.

Second half, without AK, they score 27 total. He's their best defender, second best passer, good rebounder and actually plays hard.

That's why I shake my head anytime a fan says to trade him. Sure, he's not a max player, but he's the glue guy.

The key is to listen to Coach Sloan and play Jazz basketball. Oops, guess that ship has sailed...

I'm just a regular, everyday normal guy,
I can't afford a car, I use public transportation,
I don't mind, I read till I reach my destination,
sometimes a newspaper, sometimes a book,
the money I save, this stuff is off the hook,

The key for the Jazz is to let Kevin O. Run the organization and not let Larry Jr dictate it all. It'll take money to win Championships. But the owner has made it clear to make a profit more than a Championship.

The way the Sloan/Williams thing panned out, it looked like the team was trying to find ways to make DWill stay on and not depart through free agency. The way they handled it, they guaranteed that neither Sloan nor Williams will be here once DWills contract runs out. No way DWill stays on now that fan perception is that he ran Sloan.

Jazz are looking to be the next Timberwolves.

Kirilienko would be a great player at 1/2 the price. His contract has severely limited the Jazz's ability to put better pieces around DWill.

And he's said he's willing to come back for that much or less.

Agreed. I also cringe that CJ Miles has become the ultimate X factor. If you've got time, look at the games where he plays well and where he plays like poop. It's pretty telling.
