They can't include the real football team in the background, or use the real logo?
Obviously comcast doesn't have rights, but it was funded by the Mountain network! So that explains why you rarely see good replay games of BYU. They don't have the rights to show the real team!

It's looks just like the old logo except it is covered with the latest in stealth technology. 
Here is an picture of the logo before the stealth coating was applied. Afterward it was applied, those who were able to see it, said that it was a dark bluish color.
