Post Office offers to help tax filers this week as they deal with the IRS. The only help they could provide me would be if they could lose my address or some such thing....
US family sends adopted boy back to Russia, claiming he is out of control and not what the family thought they were getting when they adopted him. If this holds, can a country do the same thing for someone like, say Paris Hilton?
