Repeal/Replace
The House and their waffling on repeal of Ocare is the latest reason for my disdain for the republican party. Democrats are committed to their (awful and unsupportable) ideas and can get obamacare pushed through the first chance they get. It's turned into an expensive disaster as was expected. The republicans don't seem to be as committed to their ideas. A lot of the republicans LIKE obamacare, although when it comes time to campaign, they'll use it to stir up the old "we have to repeal" bucket and sell their cool-aid.
And hey - Utah. What the heck is up with Chaffetz?
I honestly think a lot of House members with an R next to their name are actually D's but know what to say and how to campaign in republican territory to get elected.

He's angling for the Governor's seat in 2020, and a run at the presidency in 2028.BroncoBot wrote:And hey - Utah. What the heck is up with Chaffetz?
He's going to resign prior to the end of his term to clear the way for Diedre Henderson to take his seat and be able to run in 2018 as an incumbent.
