NY has gone with a pass-D emphasis almost exlcusively, which is why Adai has run all over them and why Collie, who's smaller than Wayne, Garcon, Clark and the other TE (Utecht?), hasn't played as much as Indy has adjusted to a more ground-based approach. NY can't give away this yardage fast enough!

as long as he does better than A) Gonzales, and B) GarChoke I"m happy. Clark and Wayne have earned their way into stardom. Collie still needs to cement his starting role.

He's done that in each game this year which is what I want to see.

and, even though he didn't go for a lot of yards today, one was for a key first down, and the other was a TD catch right after GarChoke couldn't get his TD toss.

Caught all 4 passes thrown to him for 25 yards and a TD, third leading receiver tonight for the Colts.

I was watching this too.
The good thing is... they weren't playing someone else instead.
They were just using different formations which didn't use a slot receiver at all.
It was just a possession game in the 2nd half.

Yeah byutx hit the nail on the head. Collie wasn't in the game because NY was playing a 6 DB defense and so the Colts just ran the ball all over them with a 2 TE set instead of the usual 3 WR 1 TE set.

Did anybody else see Manning substitute players on his own? They were lining up and all of the sudden Manning told the TE Eldridge to sub out and motioned for Collie to come in. There wasn't a huddle so there was no illegal substitution. I've never seen a QB do that before, it was awesome!!
