NBA Prediction Game?

NBA Prediction Game?
For those computer savy folks how hard would it be for you to create some kind of prediction game for the NBA playoffs. I can't seem to find anything online. Any links would be helpful.
I was thinking it would be a complete prediction to the champion like March Madness tournaments. If the winning team is picked in the 1st round xnumber of points would be awarded. If you accurately picked the number of games it took to advance then it could be used as a multiplier maybe with point values increasing each round. I'm pretty much useless for anything other than those few suggestions but if any of you with time and knowhow can do it I think it'd be fun.
