Cougars beat Mich St. in the first round of the MCLA national tournament and then lose to #1 Michigan in the quarterfinals. Good season for the Cougs.
On a side note, UVU won their first and quarterfinal games and will play Westminster in the semi-finals of the RMLC Div II tomorrow at 11 am. After winning this game, they will go on to play the winner of St. Thomas vs Davenport in the championship which will be televised live on Fox College Sports at 4 pm mountain standard time on Saturday. Go Wolverines!! (PS-I'm having a blast in Denver this week, thanks for asking

In case anyone was wondering, UVU got to the national championship game and fell short by only a couple goals. It was broadcast live on Fox College Sports and I think it will be rebroadcast next month. We had a great run but it's a tough way to end the season.
