It doesn't matter who the KKK voted for 100 years ago. It matters who they are voting for and getting support from politically now.

I'd love to see some actual, quantifiable data to support any claims that KKK members overwhelmingly vote Democrat.

If white supremacists really are left wing, then we have further proof that they are nut wings, because they overwhelmingly voted for, and continue to praise Trump and not HRC. Go figure! Bottom line is they are not left wing. I'm not sure we need to label them right wing though. They are just plain bigoted nuts.

I think there's a strong argument that Trump and HRC could be considered left.

Yes, I have made the payment before that the Donald is a left wing mole working to destroy the GOP,. Unfortunately it's working perfectly.

The KKK has like 6,000 members today. They're completely irrelevant and should not have garnered the amount of media attention they have the last month. They are rightfully denounced and should be returned to their ignored status. Same with the neo-nazis. These are hateful groups and ideologies that do not deserve even the slightest acknowledgement.

Do they? I hear that from the MSM but it is all smoke and mirrors. They say crap like this isn't the first time Trump signaled support for white supremacists (and some throw in the White nationalists to try to further tie him to the KKK. I guarantee you will not find a single actual quote from Trump in support of any white supremacists. However, you may find some that can be tied to white nationalists - did you know that most of you are white nationalists? If you support immigration laws and border enforcement, if you support deportation of any illegal immigrants including MS13 members, if you believe the US should not be governed by a world government (what the UN is trying to be) or in Sauros' New World Order and you are white then you are a white nationalist by definition. This is what the MSM and the Dems are trying to do. Make anyone against their attempt to undermine our Constitution a racist and a bigot.
As for white supremacists being left wing

KKK - founded by Dem party to fight the "weeds of society" and "mongrels" (blacks, jews, chinese, catholics, gays, basically anyone not like them)

KKK - Senator Byrd (WV) supposedly left the clan in 1943 but filibustered the civil rights act in 1964 (along with Al Gore Sr btw). In 2005 Byrd said of the Clan they are "upstanding people". Called MLK a rabble rouser" and should have his "waterloo". Voted against Thurgood Marshall and Clarence Thomas.

KKK quote from a KKK leader in CA "“All the stuff she’s (HC) saying now, she’s saying so she can get into office, OK?” Mr. Quigg said. “She doesn’t care about illegal immigrants — she’s acting like she does so she can get into office. Once she’s in office, then she’ll implement her policies. She’s a Democrat. The Klan has always been a Democratic organization.” A 2016 quote.

I use this site for getting raw data on terrorist attacks in the US:

http://www.johnstonsarchive.net/terrorism/wrjp255a.html

It breaks it down by group, which I suppose could be open to interpretation, but I find this very interesting. Here is a breakdown of the three major groups, Islam, Left, and Right, using three different periods (this data is updated through 8/13/17):

Ter List.PNG

First, there's definitely plenty of blame to go around. Second, it dispels the notion that most domestic terrorist attacks are not by Muslims. Even looking at just this decade they have committed the most terrorist acts and killed and injured the most people.
Sorry but that is bad data. The KKK is LEFT WING. Lincoln was not shot by a right wing republican. Lincoln was a republican contrary to what most media outlets try to lead people to understand. And all the KKK acts of violence listed in that little graphic and attributed to the Right, again KKK - Military arm of the democrap party (did the p on purpose!). All the civil right violations from years ago were all perpetrated by the Left. The NAACP was founded by republicans. A whole lot of (intentional) mistakes on that report.
BTW NAZIs are Left wing also. Sick of them reporting on "right wing skinheads" or the right wing Nazi party of Hitler. Neither existed because they are both Left wing. (National Socialist German Workers' Party in English). Socialism is a Left wing ideology.
BTW the beltway shooters were Islamic. It also lists a lot of "terrorist attacks thwarted but doesn't attribute them (most were Islamic). So those were not included either.
McVeigh was a communist and I think we know what side they are on (so another 169 moved over to the correct column)
As I said the placing of each terrorist act in a group is somewhat open to interpretation. And you have to remember that a Democrat 100 years ago is not what we call a Democrat today. You can't paint all Democrats across all history as left wing and all republicans as right wing just because they associated with a certain political party. John Wilkes Booth was a confederate sympathizer and strongly opposed the abolition of slavery. Those are probably the reasons why he was listed as right wing in this list. I understand the history between Dems and the KKK but in today's world the KKK is totally right wing. McVeigh was anti-government and generally considered a libertarian. I'm fine with him being considered a right wing extremist although he definitely was not a Christian extremist as I've had that conversation with a Muslim friend.

David Duke, former head of the KKK and prominent leader of the alt-right movement says the KKK and alt-right voted for Donald Trump:
“We are determined to take our country back,” Duke said from the rally, calling it a “turning point.” “We are going to fulfill the promises of Donald Trump. That’s what we believed in. That’s why we voted for Donald Trump, because he said he’s going to take our country back.” -https://www.vox.com/2017/8/12/16138358/ ... d-duke-kkk
The Crusader, the KKK newspaper, had a front page article extolling the virtues of Trump.

I think it's pretty obvious that what exists of the KKK, the alt-right, and white nationalists are strongly in favor of the Trump.

That's what makes it so important for true Conservatives to strongly and clearly disavow and remove these elements. Make it clear that their ideologies are not welcome nor tolerated in the GOP. Otherwise the Left and the media will continue to be able to sway common, independent Americans from Conservative views to Liberal views.

I guess it comes down to how you define right vs. left.

I view the right end of the spectrum as favoring a federalist system of government with limited government interference. That puts Libertarians on the far right. The left end of the spectrum favors centralized, even global, government with authoritarian power over speech, thought, and wealth. That puts the KKK and Antifa both on the far left, as their aims are to exert power over the "other" and promote or denigrate certain groups through government action.

For some reason, most are useful idiots who let CNN, MSNBC, the DNC, BLM and other groups define who is "far right" or "alt right". They've apparently been successful in divorcing those terms from politics, and instead they've attached them to social views and no longer in terms of how the groups view the relationship between government and the governed.

So what. Unless you ave been living in a cave for the past 20 years, or sleeping under a rock, you would know that the GOP has disavowed the KKK and David Duke repeatedly, as nauseam.

The GOP, nor any member of the GOP, including Donald Trump, have invited, courted, or sought the support or endorsement of the KKK, neo-Nazi's, or any white supremacist group.

The fact is, the KKK and the white nationalists supported the Democrat party up to the 1960's. The Democrats had their national conventions during the day, then donned their white sheets at night and burned crosses in the park next to the DNC national convention. The Democrats did not want freedom for the black slaves, the Democrats did not want free black to vote, the Democrats instituted Jim Crow laws across the south, the Democrats were the KKK. That is factual.

It's leftist propaganda BS slime to state that the GOP or Donald Trump are racist, or are pandering to the KKK or neo Nazi's.

It you are buying into the propaganda coming from the MSM and the Socialist Democratic machine that Trump welcomes the KKK, etc, then you are foolish.

Look back and remember what "NAZI" stood for. It was a political party in Germany. Nazi = Nationalsozialist, or National Socialist. Socialist are from the left. Democrats are Socialists. The Dem's want to limit, and eliminate free speech (unless you agree with them). They Dem's also want to limit, or eliminate the 2nd amendment. The socialist left hates religion (unless you're a Muslim and guaranteed to vote Democrat). Hmmmm ...... So did Hitler with his Nationalist Socialist party. See any parallels?

Look at ANTIFA - they are extremely violent - and they support Democrats. The Democrats have loved what ANTIFA is doing to Trump supporters. Only recently have some Democrats tepidly denounced the tactics of ANTIFA. A facade.

Let's not be foolish and be hood-winked by the propaganda of the aggressive, socialist democrat left.
