Knives finally come out for Trump

Post by snoscythe »

Now that he is the presumptive GOP nominee without a challenger, suddenly the MSM seems interested in taking a closer look at Trump.

Politico is just now releasing audio of McCain at a fundraiser last month discussing the perils of a Trump-led ticket for down-ballot races and the anti-GOP backlash Trump has ignited among Hispanic voters:

Politico Magazine also has suddenly seen fit to publish a run-down of the Donald's self-contradictions, in one of their longest articles in the history of the magazine:

HBO just released a documentary about Trump's usage of eminent domain and smear in creating his Scotland golf course.

Other articles are emerging showing that not only was Trump's "small loan" on which be began his empire over $1 million, but his dad continued to co-sign on loans and development projects into the late-90s, undermining Donald's self-built success story....findings they never bothered to bring to light until he was set up as the GOP nominee.

The GOP has already lost any shot at the presidency in 2016.

LOTS of stuff like this was reported during the primaries. Trump's flip flopping and eminent domain abuse, among many other things, have been taliked about and reported for months. The problem and frustration about that is that not enough republican voters have cared. That isn't really the media's fault. And in many cases, the crazier the stuff reported, the MORE Trump's crazy fans liked him. I doubt any of this makes any difference to a voter who already decided for Trump. The only difference now is that we're getting to the stage in the election process where those who do care about that stuff are going to get a chance to vote on it in November.
