Cool Experience
Not really Cougar related, but I thought I'd share anyway:
As many of you know, I coach high school lacrosse. Having had my entire starting D (and two back ups) graduate last year I have been looking for some help with scheming zones and whatnot for my group of undersized underclassmen. I stumbled upon a new coaching website and sent them an email asking if they could post a few tutorials about different zones. In response, I received a personal email from the former coach of the University of Denver (a team that has been in and out of the top 25 over the past couple seasons) telling me that they would try to post some of the tutorials that I had requested, but that I could also just call him and discuss things if I'd like. WOW!! That's like, I dunno, if Bronco, Rich Rod, or Mangino invited you to call and chat about football. I don't mean to brag or anything, I'm just really stoked to chat X's and O's with this guy and thought I'd share that excitement with the rest of y'all.
