Been a while since BYU had a post player who could do that.

Love those long arms. Hope he buffs them up a bit! He definitely has a nose for the ball?

Go Cougs!

I like how keeps the ball up high when he gets rebounds. Seems to hustle and not afraid to dive after loose balls.

his ability to pass the ball down court so accurately will be GREAT for us since we are such a fast break team.

Did I see dunks in traffic? Unfortunately he'll lose his hops after his freshman year--oh well his all around game looks pretty decent.

He was measured to have a 7'3: wingspan before his senior year started (that's what David Foster has who also played in that conference) and Nielsens coach says he's much better than Foster, particularly because Nielsen is athletic and can get up and down the court (and Foster can't)

Compare that to Trent Plaisted, who measured a 6'7" wingspan... (the man had Trex arms)

Yes, but Plaisted had a 40" vertical leap, remember. I saw it once...I think...

LOL. Where is that highlight reel of all 3 dunks and blocks of his? Ah, the memories of players who never progress...
