It sounds to me like Nashif has been invited to leave the BYU program. Who replaces him?

Nashif is the first and may be only coaching head to roll at BYU for the disappointing season.

I hope he is replaced by someone who can stop BYU from being able to beat the number ! team one game and becoming a doormat the next one.

Not the move I was expecting. Terry has turned down head coaching offers at other schools to stay at BYU, and was responsible for the more successful/reliable aspects of the team.

I thought for sure QL would have been the odd-man out, but may not be the move you want to make when you are hoping Mika stays another season.

I wonder how well Lacomb has been doing.

It worked really well for securing Frank Jackson.

Candid video of how well that master plan (including ousting Mark Pope to make it happen) worked out:

What? Pope wasn't "outed".

Honestly, who can talk to us of what the coaching weaknesses are on this team? Nashif went directly from being a player to coaching. Now that's not totally unusual, but I never got a gauge on whether that had been a good move or not. I honestly felt that there needs to be some kind of change up at BYU because it seemed like we were in a rut from which we could not seem to emerge.
