There is still a small sample size. I was impressed by UVU. I think they will win their conference and go dancing.

Don't judge UVU just by this game. They were really up for it. They won't play nearly this good again all year.

And therefore, is my biggest gripe about teams such as UVU. You can't take anything away from what they did to BYU--the perfect storm in my book--but come on! If this was just a huge blip in their year and they don't make any year end tournaments, then shame on them for focusing on ONE game.

Come on UVU! Step up to the season like a man and not like some drunk golfer that hits a hole-in-one, not out of pure ability, but out of shear luck.

Why not? Their schedule isn't that tough, and didn't they almost make the big dance last year? Not a stretch by any means to say they could win their league.

They've lost fewer games so far than we have. They may be pretty decent actually.
