I believe Toolson did have a scholarship--but I thought it went to Steven Beo who had been a preferred walk-on--I did see confirmation that he is now on scholarship. So Kaufusi's would be the one that is freed up. Maybe he is adding 1 scholarship and potentially 1 walk-on.

It's being reported now that Zach Frampton (played at Lone Peak) Is getting back from his mission in July and will walk on. The last scholarship spot I think they are hoping to give to transfer LJ Rose from Houston. He hasn't committed yet as far as I know but he was supposed to be visiting BYU sometime this week.

With Beo, Frampton and potentially LJ Rose we may have enough depth to play 3 guards all the time. Though I am still concerned that we won't be able to handle powerful wings.

It's been a while since the original date of the trip but I haven't heard anything about him yet. I think if he had rescheduled the trip and had done the visit we would have heard by now. I would also think if he visits he'll probably commit. I hope we get him. He seems like he'd be a fantastic addition.

I'm assuming he visited BYU but he is still looking around and visiting Wichita State this week.
