He just said "and Jimmer drops a deuce on the Rainbows."
I'm going to smile an immature smile all week long thinking of that.

I'll admit, I chuckled when he said it. It reminded me of the casino episode of The Office where Michael says "I have two queens on casino night, I'm going to drop a deuce on everybody!"
Have to admit though, I really wanna see Jackson Emery's block, he's talking it up like it was the play of the decade.

I'm just a regular, everyday normal guy,
I can't afford a car, I use public transportation,
I don't mind, I read till I reach my destination,
sometimes a newspaper, sometimes a book,
the money I save, this stuff is off the hook,

Yeah, that one made me wish I would have taken my own advice and ponied up $7 for the video streaming. Maybe we'll get some terrible grainy shot of it on ksl like Trent Plaisted's ridiculous dunk at CSU two or three years back.Schmoe wrote:Have to admit though, I really wanna see Jackson Emery's block, he's talking it up like it was the play of the decade.

Re: Why I like this play-by-play guy (Hawaii game)
The block was nice (but grainy). The crowd of course "Booooood", thinking their guy was fouled . . . not according to my grainy view.
The announcers were a bit annoying thinking their warriors should have been really good in this game. One announcer kept going on about how unimpressive BYU was and how the Warriors just weren't playing hard enough. He almost complimented BYU near the end, but caught himself and explained that he didn't see much of a difference between BYU and Hawaii. Additionally, he claimed that Jimmer had the game of his life, while in the same breath stating that Jimmer didn't quite reach his scoring average . . . ????? hello, "Here's your sign"
