Better Team: Washington or Navy?
I'm not scared of playing Washington this year. They haven't sniffed a bowl in years. And their QB kind of reminds me of Mississippi's Jevan Sneed, who was coveted by the NFL for years, and was already cut this pre-season.
Navy, meanwhile, absolutely smoked Missouri in a bowl game last season, and brings back a better college quarterback (in my opinion) than Washington's, on a much better team. I'm glad we don't have to face them this year.
Also, their HC is LDS, so Magic Happens in Annapolis.

Navy's new-ish coach has them really looking good, now if AFA could just not shoot themselves in the foot ten times while playing against them...

Seriously guys?
Yes, they went 10-4 last year but they played a pathetic schedule:

Would they have gone 10-4 against this schedule? Can any of you honestly make that claim?

We would have smoked Navy last year. Probably a 48 to 30 type of game if we were not able to slow down their option attack, but no way in hell their defense would have kept our offense down.

This comment is a joke, but I don't think you realize it. Navy beat Air Force, Notre Dame, and Missouri, and should have beat Ohio State. You guys sat and home eating ice cream and playing cards with Washington State.PurpleReign wrote: We would have smoked Navy last year.

Re: Better Team: Washington or Navy?
They would only need to go 6-6 against that schedule to be better than Washington, which they would and they are. The only common opponent to look to is Notre Dame who they beat and to whom you lost. We're talking about the present here, and presently Navy is a good team and Washington is not.PurpleReign wrote:

The sad thing is that if Washington beats BYU, it will suddenly mean they are the better team - despite the circumstances. BYU really needs to win this game.Schmoe wrote:They would only need to go 6-6 against that schedule to be better than Washington, which they would and they are.
