Nevada follows example of Washington, FSU
Player suspended for goofy off-the-field bahavior. For two games.
He'll be back to play against BYU, of course.

Perhaps Nevada is blazing a trail all their own...

I'm just a regular, everyday normal guy,
I can't afford a car, I use public transportation,
I don't mind, I read till I reach my destination,
sometimes a newspaper, sometimes a book,
the money I save, this stuff is off the hook,

6 DUIs? That kid should be in jail. He'll kill someone next.

I'd say a DUI is much more than goofy behavior. Getting escorted out for wandering the stadium, maybe that's goofy. BUt a DUI is potentially deadly.Mars wrote:

The comment covered a certain pot-smoking Washington TE as well.Florwood wrote: I'd say a DUI is much more than goofy behavior. Getting escorted out for wandering the stadium, maybe that's goofy. BUt a DUI is potentially deadly.

Pot is mainstream now days, wont' be long before it's no different than going to the bar to have a drink.

It might be fringe-mainstream in Seattle, Portland, San Fran and LA, but it sure is not to the rest of the nation. PAC-10 territory is medicinal pot territory. I get it many college guys do it recreationally. I knew several in law school, but no way is it near mainstream. Never will be, unless Frito Lay gets to write the legislation for it.PurpleReign wrote:Pot is mainstream now days, wont' be long before it's no different than going to the bar to have a drink.

At least your head coach thinks the prior is wrong, if not the latter.
