Like I said in either this or another thread, if the receivers come down with a couple of those deep balls that Critchlow put right in their hands, we win this game. If our TE (forgetting his name, it's late) catches that deep ball that hit him in the hands on the goal line that ended up being intercepted, BYU wins the game. BYU had so much more talent than UMASS did in this game it wasn't even funny. They almost won even after getting seriously out played. There is no excuse for this game. BYU should never lose to a team like this one. This is all on the coaches. the players play the way they are coached. They played poorly but that is because they were prepared poorly.

This must be how fans felt after losing to the BYU teams in the 80s and 90s. Teams who supposedly had much greater talent.
