Predict the remainder of the season

Now that we have seen four games lick your wounds go to your happy place and predict the remainder of the season no scores(Unless you want to) just win or loss maybe a brief reason why you made the pick. Remember that deep down in most of us are probably not at all surprised we are where we are right now.We were hopeful and optimistic at the start of the season as always, now its wait until next year again. Here are mine.
USU-Win
Boise State close BYU Loss.
Mississippi State this one has disaster written all over it Loss.
East Carolina-Win
San Jose Sate-Win
Fresno Sate-Win
UNLV- Win
Massachusetts-Win
Hawaii- Win
Bowl no clue.
8-5 without bowl I am not saying this is good or bad it just is what it is and how I think the rest of the season goes down ok lets see the predictions.

I agree with you. USU is scary all of a sudden, but we should still be better. We'll have a chance against Boise, but they're the better team. MSU will crush us like bugs, and everyone else is among the worst 20 teams in the nation.

My gut tells me that we're going to drop two of those wins against people we should beat, and end up at 6-7 instead. I'm readjusting my expectations to match so I hope I am pleasantly surprised.

Too hard to say until we play a G5 or two teams. So far we've struggled against a bad FCS team and been destroyed by a good LSU team and a top 10 Wisconsin. But just a guess for now...

Boise State - Loss.
Mississippi State - Shutout loss
East Carolina - Loss
San Jose Sate - Win
Fresno Sate - Win
UNLV - Win
Massachusetts - Win
Hawaii - Win
Bowl - Loss

That would put us at 7-6.

I'm worried though that we lose to USU, not because they're better than us, but because we're reeling right now.

I would be worried about USU as well if it wasn't for the bye week. Hopefully Sitake can get their heads straight. Because the complaints will definitely start pouring in if they drop the game to USU.

I don't think BYU is very good, but I don't think they are as bad as they are being made out to be.

We got backhanded by two top-10 teams, yeah. That's how it usually happens.

Mississippi State isn't happening without a miracle.

I think BSU and the bowl game are toss ups, USU as well just because of the emotion and blood-in-the-water feel of the game.

The rest are wins. Anyone who thinks we are losing to ECU hasn't bothered to look at how poor ECU is this year. They did worse than BYU against their FCS foe (lost 34-14 to "James Madison").

So I think we go into the bowl at 8-5.

The question is, is LSU really a top 10 team? I don't think so, I think they end up being a 30-40ish team.

BYU should win 7-8 games. USU, UNLV, Fresno State and San Jose State are all bottom-half MWC teams. East Carolina and UMass could both go 0-12. Boise State and Mississippi State are likely losses. Hawaii is a toss-up because it's at Hawaii.
