Does Detmer seem a little more, I don't know, disappointed when he's talking to Mangum vs Hill after a downer series?

Hot take - LSU was bringing plenty of heat in NOLA.

I know I saw them chatting after a few different 3 and outs and all I saw was two guys having a friendly chat. Kind of pissed me off.

I think we're seeing Detmer stubbornly committing to a run-first offense when he doesn't even have a clear-cut depth-chart at RB.

Now that statement snoscythe, probably has more truth in it than poetry and it wouldn't surprise me if it is true.

With all the problems at O-line and WR .. people keep forgetting how bad of a coach Reno Mahe is. He has talent in the RB corps, but he hasn't figured out how to use them. It sure seems that this first-time-ever coach has done exactly what first-time-ever coaches often do ... got distracted by people with personalities he digs and misses hard work and playing ability. Add Mahe to the list of those who need to go.

Wait a minute, isn't that what bronco was looking for in players? That school of thought is OLD! Everyone wants a player's coach who is just chill.
