Well, according to the article by Talo Steves at TBS, the guy has speed.
“I did my forty time at my school,” said Greene. “It’s actually a 4.31 for an unofficial time...but for an official time I’ve been clocked at a 4.34.”
The article confused me a bit on how much time he has to play. He said 3 to play 3, but he also mentioned that he was a freshman at the school and there is the possibility of a 4th year.
"At Chabot they counted a year against me even though I never played that year, so to them I used up two years of eligibility and this was my last year. I wasn’t even at the other school for a year and they counted that against me. So, BYU is in the process of getting that year back for me, and if all goes well I’ll get that back and that one year will count as a redshirt year for me so I’ll have four to play four.”

He was at another JC but had an issue with coaches and never played for them. In spite of that when he moved to Chabot they considered him a 2nd year guy. The impression I got was he moved to Chabot late and probably didn't play--since the BYU coaches are talking about doing the paperwork so that Chabot year would be a redshirt--leaving 4 years of eligibility.

I love that we got a Black Lives Matter proponent to commit to BYU. Not sure how, but happy we did. I wish him luck living in Provo.

You might be surprised at how many current black players and students at BYU believe in the black lives matter movement. There are probably a few white and other racial students who support it too.Mars wrote:I love that we got a Black Lives Matter proponent to commit to BYU. Not sure how, but happy we did.
