Re: RB Preview 2017
Squally Canada - Averaged 4.3 ypc in 2016, might improve slightly upon that, but lacks explosiveness, only breaking out 1 run of 20+ yards, which was in the Michigan State game, by far his most impressive game of the season
Riley Burt - Averaged 6.1 yards in 2015 before sitting out last year. Very fast kid, but isn't great at breaking tackles
KJ Hall - Averaged 5.3 ypc, though only had one carry against a bowl eligible team (Wyoming), which he took 1 yard. Not a lot of explosiveness, so this season being very similar to last years (most carries vs inferior talent)
Trey Dye - He averages negative ypc, but does have 7 catches (compared to 5 rushes). Should see limited time at RB along with some time at the slot
Ula Tolutau - Signed with Wisconsin out of HS but is now in Provo. The former Mr. Utah averaged 12.6 ypc as a SR in High School, and looks to make an impact as a power runner this year

I don't think he would have had a successful career at BYU.snoscythe wrote:Woulda been nice to have had Charles West this season.

I like KJ Hall. He is hard to see back there, and comes through the line with some speed.
