No way Beck would come to BYU from UVA for anything less than OC. First BYU couldn't hope to match his pay, second, he can see that this entire staff will be fired in the next year or two while he's got job security where he is with an improving program. You don't get off the life boat and climb aboard the Titanic while it's sinking.
