I thought Jim Kelly and Steve Young were supplemental draft picks as well when the USFL folded.

I can't remember what happened to Bo Jackson, but it seems like he was drafted twice. But I think both were the actual draft as opposed to the supplemental one.

If they pull out of the NCAA it'd have to be in all sports. I can't imagine the NCAA would let them pull their football money out of the NCAA and foot the NCAA with the bill for all the other non-revenue sports.
