Re: Subtle dig at last year's offensive coaches?
I didn't see a dig either, and Tuiaki wouldn't be one to talk. His defense put no pressure on the QB and could not get off the field on third down.

Re: Changes announced at LDS General Conference
I am all for two hour church. Do away with Sunday school, and instead, provide a guide to studying the scriptures for families to use with their children. It could have suggestions for youth, and small children as you study the four standard works. We could do a 60 minute sacrament meeting, 10 minut...

Re: Kalani Trying to be More Like Bronco
My first mission president was a disciplinary. He played by the rules. Nothing extra, but he made sure we stuck to was written in the white bible. The mission was successful, but as with all groups, especially 20 year olds, there were many that complained about his rigidness. My second mission pres...

Re: Tweet of the Day from U of TX site: Burnt Orange Nation
Cracks me up how someone (I) can come on here and make a statement like "I read" or "I heard on the news" and the very next poster says "dude! don't get carried away! Like I just proclaimed Taysom hill the next NFL MVP. Oh and the fact that Taysom Hill volunteered to play s...

Re: UCF as National Champs
UCF is the People's Champ, Bama is the Big Money champ. I agree with this. USA Today reports that Saban will receive a $4 million signing bonus which brings his total to $11.125 million this year! I don't know what the UCF coach makes but it can't be close to that. The gap between college football ...

Re: UCF as National Champs
This just supports an 8 team playoff. All P5 champs get in, highest ranked G5, and two at large. Replace two of the bowl games with the playoff games and it would only take a week longer to do. That would have made this year as follows: Georgia Clemson USC Oklahoma Ohio Alabama Wisconsin UCF I agre...

Re: UCF as National Champs
The difference is that the AP poll ranked BYU #1. Hence a legitimate national championship. AP ranked UCF #6. So no, not legitimate. You guys are all out to lunch if you think every undefeated team gets to claim themselves national champs. I don’t buy UCF beating Auburn as reason enough since both G...

Re: Ty No Longer OC
If Sark could come in as OC, I think that would be a great situation on offense. Kaufusi needs to go back to DL, Tuiaki to LBs and someone else needs to call the plays on defense. I was for giving TY more time, but I will be happy with him as QB coach only if they get an experienced play caller like...

Re: The team hasn't quit
I’d take Steve Sarkisian as an OC in a heart beat, and I think Ty could be a great QB coach. Lance Anderson as the head man makes sense. I won’t be buying season tickets next year. This was my first year and my wife considers it a huge waste of money. It would have been much cheaper to stubhub every...

Re: Dick Harmon on Rise and Fall of BYU Athletics
In hindsight, what good did Prop 8 do? It's no longer the law. Never will be again. And hardened very vocal groups against BYU and the church. So, by supporting Prop 8 a temporary battle was won, and it appears the war has been lost and enemies made. Why were bretheren sent to Zion’s Camp when it w...
