Ula’s Availability

As the coaches have allowed him to play until the news broke, what do you think his availability is for the coming weeks? And I’m your opinion what should his availability be if you were in charge of the program?

Re: Things may be getting worse... Tolutau cited

And yes, I can confirm that the coaching staff knew about the issue and know about other issues taking place that have yet to come to light. Sometimes when you don't see a guy play for a half, it's his punishment for being caught, but as long as it doesn't make the news, it won't really be more tha...

Re: Things may be getting worse... Tolutau cited

I mean, I love his playing style, but why was he allowed to play?! Isn’t that a bigger HC violation than what FB had with the building manager?? Did the coaches/HC Office not know?? Hopefully they didn’t choose to let him play in spite of he citation. That’s a bad look for BYU.

Re: Byu USU game thread

Yeah whoever posted that Stan van Gundy quote was spot on. All that matters is what you do on the field. And they didn’t do much good last night

Just curious about the "ditched Mika" comment... was he seen as a problem? Or did I miss something? I thought he was fairly well thought of on the board.

Re: Highlight of my concern about the offense

Wow, I feel like everyone who has watched at all this year feels like the offense has underperformed... but when you see it side by side like that it really hurts. Just curious what those who have more familiarity with the subject than I do think, but is it Detmer's inexperience? A lack of talent? T...

Re: Predict the remainder of the season

I would be worried about USU as well if it wasn't for the bye week. Hopefully Sitake can get their heads straight. Because the complaints will definitely start pouring in if they drop the game to USU.

Re: Congratulations to the Wisconsin Prediction Game winners!

I guess winning this weeks prediction game takes a little sting out of the actual loss. I tend to be a pessimist. If BYU can let me down... they'll find a way it seems :~(

Re: My Experience with Ute Fans

Its impossible to respect any adult fan that yells or degrades children. As stated above, every fan base has bad fans. Utah may or may not be worse than others. I would hope as BYU we can elevate ourselves above that as much as possible. This week I was pretty disappointed in the guys over at Cougar...

Re: Let's just get this out of the way

According to the Salt Lake Tribune, the University of Utah's athletic department budget for this year is 72.4 million of income and 72.2 million of expenses. "University support" to the athletic department is only 1.8 million. Interestingly, the U's budget is the second smallest in the Pa...
