Does anyone get fired this week? If so, who?

Kalani was so upset during this game that I wouldn't be surprised if someone got fired this week. I think he is going to have to do it if he wants ANY chance at getting some wins this year. The team is demoralized. There is internal strife, and it sure looks like the players have lost confidence in ...

Re: If you could fix one position group...

I like your analysis. I still think the main problem with this offense are the running backs. This offense is designed to establish a run and then beat you with a pass. When the Run doesn't get established, and then we turn to pass to try to make up a deficit, the weakness of both the receiving Corp...

Re: Article: Money is Killing BYU Football

Better, more accurate title: "Independence is Killing BYU Football". Or - more accurately- the article should have the headline "BYU is experiencing a downward trend, like literally every other college football team experiences, even those in conferences." Not literally every team experiences a his...

Mtnradio- I'm curious about which coaches. I've heard that Ed Lamb is likable, and Empey is not. And Mahe appears to play favorites.
I'm not going to name specific coaches ... I will say that I've never met Lamb, but I've heard he is really well liked too.

Tolutau rushed nine times for 38 yards and a touchdown against the Broncos. ...

Other than Fred Warner ...

Is there an emotional sparkplug on the team? Someone who shows up to play every down? Who is the team leader? Before the USU game I listened to an interview with their coach, he said, "Coach-led teams can be good teams. Player-led teams can be great." I agree. Is there a leader on the BYU sidelines?...

Re: If you could fix one position group...

For me, it was close between receivers and RBs. I went with receivers because they are marshmallow soft, rarely fight for the ball, and are a huge disappointment. RB's have under-performed at an amazing level, but I think their overall performance is better than receivers (though the gap between whe...
