Mine starts with the Wikipedia page that shows the BYU Cougars. Am I missing something?

Fun Exercise for you

Go to google.com, and type in "who won the 1984 national championship in football" and check the result.

Come back once your blood-pressure has leveled off....

Re: Smart gun laws

I'd oppose your proposal as well on multiple levels. We don't need any more military. Our countrymen love war and worship the military enough as it is. I'd be for ending all of the programs you mentioned. None of them do a bit of good and none of them in any way are endorsed by the constitution. If...

Re: Smart gun laws

Perhaps the reason the involuntary servitude and slavery you argue for in the form of compulsory military service isn't an option is because enforcement of such a tyrannical idea wouldn't go over well with a public that is armed well enough to stop that. FWIW -- I was the one that brought up a one-...

Re: Utahns, how excited are you about Mitt Romney

Do you guys still caucus for your primaries. That's how Mike Lee beat the other RINO, right? Is there a chance someone who actually believes in freedom can beat Romney? Yes, we still caucus, although it has been watered down by a signature-only track to a post-caucus primary ballot. That said, I do...

Re: Smart gun laws

The fact that the VA Tech shooter did not used an AR-15 is not an argument in my book for not banning assault weapons like the AR-15. And the fact that the Virginia Tech rampage happened years ago and nothing has happened is not because I am only now concerned. I have been concerned for a long time...

Re: Smart gun laws

What makes the AR-15 the weapon of choice of the mentally ill and evil? I disagree with this "fact", based on the facts of the shootings previously posted. Mass-shooters use whatever is available. They still tend to use pistols, shotguns, and your traditional hunting rifles more than AR-15s. They a...

Clearly the coach deserves to be fired. Top 15 teams never should lose to lower-tier WCC teams.
Got any more of that sarcasm?

Re: Smart gun laws

The Federal Assault Weapons Ban was enacted in 1994 and expired in 2004. The ban was in place at the time of - 1998 Westside Middle School (5 dead) where they used handguns and three hunting rifles - 1998 Thurston High School (4 dead) where he used a 10/22 and two handguns - 2000 Columbine (12 dead)...

Re: Smart gun laws

Before we address guns, I think we need to address violence in media a little better.

Once we get to guns, I'd just like to see what exactly people are suggesting in an AR-15 or assault weapons ban. How exactly do you define what is being banned?
