What's up with Alaska? i understand the other red states. A lot of folks in Alaska come down to WA and vice versus. That makes sense to me. ok, but how does that explain that they affiliate cougars with UH, not WSU? My best guess would be oil industry folks from Houston transplanting to or working ...
