A president can pardon himself/herself, but to do so would guarantee impeachment. Hence the precedent of resigning (a better fate than impeachment) and having the Vice President rise to the presidency and pardon his predecessor "for the good of the country."

Nope. Not once have I thought you are an ignoramus. Never considered that for 1 second. I think you never Trump folks are sincere - and are making a mistake. Trump has flaws and is offensive. But Trump does want to do the right thing for this country - turn the economy around, control the border, control the national debt, clean out the corrupt IRS, corrupt DOJ, and stop importing Middle Eastern Muslims without thorough vetting. It's common sense stuff the corrupt democrats ignore.

I have posted this before before. I'm not sure if you guys really "get it." Trump was not my 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th choice. He's simply the last man standing and the ONLY candidate that can beat Hillary. And - Trump can beat Hillary. For the future of the country - Hillary needs to be defeated.

I sincerely believe the last best chance the GOP/Conservatives had to really turn things around was electing Mitt Romney. His 2012 loss was devastating for this country. Trump is a sorry last gasp - but he is light years ahead of the corrupt, lying, deceitful, criminal Hillary and her Gadianton robber democrats.

Yes, I would imagine pardoning yourself so you weren't sent to prison wouldn't help her cause.

She could pardon herself. Pres. Ford pardoned Nixon without a conviction.

My personal prediction, if she wins, Obama will immediately pardon her and all her cronies for all crimes they may or may not have committed.

If she loses, he won't care what happens to her.

I for one, would love to see Hillary win the presidency, and immediately be put through the type of public humiliation that Gen. James Cartwright has endured recently. Simply to preserve the thought that the American justice system will continue to bring people to justice, no matter their status.

Remember when Hillary told the entire world the nuclear response time? That was rich. I really think that she either thinks she isn't accountable to anyone, OR she still has a good deal of brain damage. Either way, she's completely unacceptable.

We can go around and around for a long time on this. There are numerous other GOP voters who think you guys who will vote for Trump no matter what have lost your minds. So let's let it rest.
It's good to see Rep. Jason Chaffetz finally came to his senses and is voting for Trump.
Why? Because "HRC is that bad. HRC is bad for the USA."
Translation: "I was promised a seat on the Steering Committee by the GOP House leadership if I retreated back to Trump."
Notice he also does not and will not endorse him.
Typical politician trying to "slice it thin." When you vote for someone - it's an endorsement.

You guys have lost sight of how evil and corrupt Hillary really is. Because Trump does not meet your LDS moral standards, you think he would be a horrible president. Not true. Got news for ya - most of the GOP politicians in the USA don't meet LDS moral standards.

Like it or not - play any mind game you want to - a vote taken away from the flawed Trump is helping the corrupt, evil Hillary, and her democrat Gadianton robbers.

Your judging why I choose not to vote for Trump is offensive. I know how corrupt HRC is. I happen to believe that your candidate is also corrupt (and unhinged too for that matter). Upon what basis you think you can characterize me is astounding. My choice to not vote for Trump is not the result of some mind game, and your insinuation that I am some self righteous ignoramus is wrong. It says more about you than me. Advocate all you want for Trump, but quit trying to mischaracterize me and the reasons I will not vote for him.
