He played George Woolf in Seabiscut. Woolf was from Cardston, Alberta Canada and I think he was a Latter Day Saint but was unable to determine if Stevens is. One account reported Stevens was an outstanding wrestler but I couldn't find anything about his record. Riding ponies around in circles and making several million dollars at it tends to obliterate any other sports accomplishments.
